Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • 15 to 20 Days Cancellation Window: For cancellations made 15 to 20 Days days or more prior to the arrival date, a full refund will be issued.
  • 7 to 15 Days Cancellation Window: For cancellations made between 7 to 15 Days days prior to the arrival date, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied.
  • 3 day Cancellation Window: For cancellations made within 3 days of the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

2. No-Show Policy

  • Guests who fail to arrive at the resort by 10 -11 AM on the scheduled arrival date without prior notification will be considered a “no-show.”
  • For no-shows, the full amount of the reservation will be forfeited.

3. Early Departure

  • Guests who depart early from their reservation will not be eligible for a refund for unused nights.

4. Force Majeure

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, both parties may be released from their obligations under this agreement.
  • Araynyakulam Resort will use reasonable efforts to assist guests in finding alternative accommodations or rescheduling their stay.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the booking.

6. Exceptions

  • Guests are encouraged to contact the resort directly to discuss any potential exceptions.
